SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Order processing time is the period between when an order is placed and when it is prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier. Processing times do not include transit time once the package has shipped.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Carriers:

Shipping carriers may vary based on destination, package size, current carrier rates, and service availability. Maison Udo strives to select shipping options that provide reliable and cost-effective delivery for our customers.

Shipping Addresses:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Maison Udo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Shipping Delays:

While we do our best to meet estimated shipping and delivery timeframes, actual delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the shipping carrier once the package has been accepted into their network.

Once an order has been shipped, Maison Udo is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Heat & Weather:

Maison Udo ships from Texas, so during periods of extreme weather, such as extreme heat, shipping schedules may occasionally be adjusted to help protect products while in transit.

Customers are encouraged to retrieve packages promptly after delivery and avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures.

Damaged Shipments:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@maisonudo.com and include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Claims submitted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy may be eligible for review.

Eco-Friendly Packaging:

Maison Udo uses eco-friendly packaging materials to help protect orders during transit. Our packages include biodegradable, water-soluble packing peanuts and kraft paper tape made with a water-based adhesive. These materials were thoughtfully selected to provide secure protection while supporting more mindful packaging practices.
